- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage all store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and develop restaurant team members to provide exceptional guest experiences

- Drive business performance by meeting sales and operational goals
- Schedule and manage employee shifts and labor costs
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with home office support for operational guidance and assistance
