Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant operations or management
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong organizational skills
ability to lead and motivate a team
knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

support general manager in developing operating plans
plan staff schedules and analyze staffing needs

assist with local marketing programs
create and maintain positive work environment
