Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or ged required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • manage the restaurant profitability and actively drive financial outcomes
  • review key profit and loss lines to enhance restaurant profitability
  • drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
  • motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and fast service
  • manage guest experience by responding timely to guest issues and solving feedback problems
  • lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • provide coaching and performance feedback to team members and assistant managers
  • manage restaurant labor with effective scheduling of managers and team members
  • ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws and company policies
  • uphold operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator as needed
