Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or ged required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of profit and loss management
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties
- manage the restaurant profitability and actively drive financial outcomes
- review key profit and loss lines to enhance restaurant profitability
- drive sales through proactive guest service and people development
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and fast service
- manage guest experience by responding timely to guest issues and solving feedback problems
- lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of new team members
- provide coaching and performance feedback to team members and assistant managers
- manage restaurant labor with effective scheduling of managers and team members
- ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws and company policies
- uphold operational and brand standards
- perform duties of assistant manager and hourly shift coordinator as needed
