- must be able to fluently speak and read English
- math and writing skills
- restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
- guest focus and ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- passion for results with the ability to set compelling targets and deliver commitments
- good problem solving and decision making skills
- ability to build effective teams
- be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
