Job Requirements

  • 3+ years previous hospitality leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and strategic resource planning
  • Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of application
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs using appropriate techniques and equipment
  • Work standing and walking for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop Team Members by providing structured training and in-the-moment guidance to uphold RH's service standards and support professional growth
  • Partner with the Hospitality Leader in shaping the service strategy including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing quality and safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience
  • Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue-increasing practices
  • Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and elevate client experience
  • Assume full leadership responsibilities in the Hospitality Leader's absence to ensure seamless operations and team alignment
