Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • must have a passion for hospitality
  • results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • food manager certification
  • hardworking, outgoing, positive, and friendly
  • bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members
  • ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipe standards and quality standards
  • fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
  • participate in ordering and monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
  • maintain integrity of food and beverage quality
  • develop and mentor team members continuously
  • ensure effective daily operations and review financial information
