Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management
- ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- ability to prioritize own and others' work to meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant P&L to achieve desired financial outcomes
- drive sales through proactive guest service and operations management
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate and friendly service
- manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
- lead recruitment and onboarding processes to build an effective team
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- manage labor through optimal staffing and scheduling
- enforce compliance with government regulations and company policies
- uphold operational and brand standards
- perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
