Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in line with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, train, assign, and direct employees
- Appraise employee performance and provide rewards or discipline
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist team with category duties when needed
- Promote store sales through marketing programs and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- Manage cash control, review financial reports and schedules
- Control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
- Manage labor costs using scheduling tools and sales performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
