Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English
  • A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop restaurant staff by providing training, support, and motivation
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle administrative duties including inventory management and reporting
  • Collaborate with home office support teams to implement company policies and achieve business goals
