Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
- A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality

Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead and develop restaurant staff by providing training, support, and motivation
- Ensure excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle administrative duties including inventory management and reporting
- Collaborate with home office support teams to implement company policies and achieve business goals
