Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- prior leadership role experience required
- any college or culinary schooling preferred
- ability to meet state age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shifts and walk extensively
- capable of pushing, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds
- good manual dexterity
- capacity to bend, stoop, and communicate verbally
- ability to use vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- able to access all restaurant areas safely

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist in building store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and company security policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial review
- control food costs following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs through monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
