Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years prior leadership experience
  • prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • ability to work various shifts and weekends
  • valid age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
  • physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop
  • ability to communicate verbally
  • capable of close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • ability to access all restaurant areas
  • willingness to follow updated safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
  • assign and direct work
  • appraise employee performance
  • reward and discipline staff
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • coach and mentor team members
  • model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly atmosphere
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • build store sales through executing marketing programs
  • champion sales building and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • maintain efficient operations and appropriate cost controls
  • ensure OSHA, health, safety, and company policy compliance
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor daily activities for food and cleanliness standards
  • control cash procedures and review financial reports
  • manage food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
  • monitor labor costs through effective scheduling
  • perform all other duties as assigned
