Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years prior leadership experience
- prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- valid age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop
- ability to communicate verbally
- capable of close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to follow updated safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline staff
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members

- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales through executing marketing programs
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations and appropriate cost controls
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and company policy compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for food and cleanliness standards
- control cash procedures and review financial reports
- manage food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory
- monitor labor costs through effective scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
