Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Valid food handler’s certification preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks
  • Physical ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts
  • Willingness to undergo background checks including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Passion for coaching and developing team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met by conducting line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
