Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid food handler’s certification preferred
- Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks
- Physical ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts
- Willingness to undergo background checks including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Passion for coaching and developing team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met by conducting line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
- Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
