Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple operational areas simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and operational workflows
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Collaborate with home office support for operational and business needs
  • Maintain a caring and hospitable environment reflecting Cracker Barrel values
