Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and operational workflows
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members
- Collaborate with home office support for operational and business needs
- Maintain a caring and hospitable environment reflecting Cracker Barrel values
