Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings with team
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee Restaurant Risk Review audits and implement changes
- manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- make recommendations on team member development, promotion, and discipline
- make hiring and termination recommendations to the General Manager
- cooperate with Team Member Relations and management on investigations
- ensure safety and sanitation protocols
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- manage guest relations and guest recovery
