Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving positions
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively
- ability to taste, smell, and communicate verbally
- ability to see clearly with good vision and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register
- available to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category duties as needed
- build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor activities for food quality and cleanliness standards
- control daily operations including cash control and financial reviews
- control food costs through recipes and inventory management
- control labor costs via schedule and sales monitoring
- perform all other duties as assigned
