Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- at least 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for long periods during shift
- ability to lift, push, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands for handling objects
- ability to taste, smell, verbally communicate
- acceptable vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- ability to maintain professional appearance and presentation
- willingness to work weekends and variable shifts
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales through complete execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, review financial reports and schedules, and take appropriate actions
- control food and labor costs through recipe adherence and effective scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
