Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- minimum 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant experience preferred
- knowledge of company policies and local laws
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer and math skills

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- control food costs by following recipes and inventory management
- control labor costs through scheduling and sales performance monitoring
- perform all other assigned duties
