Job Requirements

  • must be over 21 years of age
  • at least 3 years of recent experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong sense of urgency
  • ability to work in fast-paced high-volume environment
  • results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • certification in food handlers and alcoholic beverage service (TABC/BASSET)
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • ensure effective restaurant operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • support team members in training, development, and recognition
  • promote and support a 5-star guest experience
  • maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • manage high-volume service environments efficiently
