Job Requirements
- Education background in hospitality business management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with restaurant management technology and software
- Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
- Commitment to uphold health safety standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager general manager or hospitality manager
- Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable Avero and POS systems
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills with experience handling budgets and P and L reports
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Maintain service excellence ensuring all guests receive a seamless dining experience
- Monitor product quality vendor relationships and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Organize and supervise staff shifts ensuring optimal floor coverage
- Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
- Recruit hire and onboard top talent to build and maintain a high-performance team
- Train and mentor employees in customer service and operational excellence
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback
- Foster team morale and motivation ensuring a collaborative work environment
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns professionally ensuring positive resolutions
- Uphold THE ONE GROUP’s brand image and develop local initiatives
- Promote the brand through marketing restaurant events and partnerships
- Recommend creative ways to attract new guests including promotions
- Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability
- Identify areas to optimize sales reduce waste and improve finances
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase traffic
- Create detailed financial reports on revenues and expenses
- Maintain inventory oversight and purchasing strategies
