Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast casual restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

  • Supports the management team in overseeing daily operations

  • Coordinates with staff to manage late-night shift demands
  • Implements company policies and procedures effectively
