Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year Cracker Barrel experience
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- capacity to manage operational and people-focused tasks simultaneously
