Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be people-focused and results-oriented
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks

Job Duties

  • Maintain strong guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews
  • Monitor and control labor costs and budget adherence
