Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be people-focused and results-oriented
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to pass background and reference checks

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Maintain strong guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews
- Monitor and control labor costs and budget adherence
- Collaborate with general manager and corporate teams on strategic initiatives
