Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be people-focused and results-oriented
Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to pass background and reference checks

Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets

Job Duties

Lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
Maintain strong guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews
Monitor and control labor costs and budget adherence
Collaborate with general manager and corporate teams on strategic initiatives
