Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • prior experience in hospitality or food service management preferred
  • basic computer proficiency
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • No experience required
  • minimum 1 year of working in hospitality industry or management experience preferred
  • a profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations
  • must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends and holidays
  • experience in supervising and managing staff
  • excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversees production of food according to sanitation and quality standards
  • manages and mentors staff including recruiting, hiring, and training of all employees
  • oversees HR and payroll functions, including managing issues of discipline and termination
  • manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
  • ensures that work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
  • provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • addresses customer concerns and issues
  • ensures stated goals are met
