Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee restaurant operations including inventory, staffing, and budgeting
  • Foster a positive work environment and develop team members through training and coaching
  • Monitor and drive sales and profitability targets
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
  • Collaborate with General Managers and corporate teams to align goals and initiatives
