Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
  • Strong customer service background with focus on guest experience and operational excellence
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, POS systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Acute financial management skills including budget and P&L report handling

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • Maintain service excellence ensuring seamless guest dining experiences
  • Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage
  • Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent building a high-performance team
  • Train and mentor employees in operational and customer service excellence
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster team morale and a collaborative work environment
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Uphold THE ONE GROUP's brand image and enhance local presence
  • Develop marketing initiatives and promote the brand through events and social media
  • Monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and reduce waste

  • Create detailed financial reports on revenues and expenses
  • Maintain oversight of inventory and purchasing strategies
