Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor costs effectively
  • Drive sales and profitability through excellent operational execution
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the home office and support teams to implement company initiatives
