Job Duties

  • Meets restaurant financial objectives by achieving annual forecasts and budgets
  • analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
  • monitor financial controls
  • develop and implement strategies to increase average guest count and per person average
  • attracts guests through quality operations and local marketing practices
  • participates in marketing strategies and community relations programs
  • controls purchases and inventory and manages costs
  • maintains operations by ensuring policies and standard operating procedures compliance
  • implements production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards
  • determines and implements system improvements
  • maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service
  • initiates improvements
  • builds relationships with guests
  • recruits, selects, orients, trains, assigns, schedules, coaches, counsels, praises, and disciplines team members
