Job Requirements
- Education at a four-year college or equivalent
- Three to five years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management and hospitality practices
- Strong communication skills

- A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience
- Three to five years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage hospitality profession including management of people and complex problems
- Highly developed communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including scheduling of staff, operation and maintenance of the point-of-sale system, product and supply ordering, inventory control and other tasks as needed
- Implement and manage all club programs to ensure compliance with safety and sanitary regulations and federal, state, and local laws
- Assist in the development and implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations to attract more in-house guests
- Direct and oversee recruitment and development of staff including hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and termination
- Manage the maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
