Job Requirements

  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Food Safety and Serve Safe certification
  • Must be physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Must be capable of performing repetitive motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous finger and wrist use
  • Meet minimum age requirements
  • Must be enthusiastic and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English
  • Math and writing skills
  • Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience required
  • Guest focus and ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs
  • Passion for results with ability to set and deliver on targets
  • Problem solving and decision making skills based on analysis and experience
  • Building effective teams by empowering team members

Job Duties

  • Lead operational excellence
  • Keen focus on 100% guest satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members
  • Achieve financial goals including sales projections and expense control
  • Utilize effective communication and coaching skills
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training and facility maintenance
  • Counsel, discipline, promote or terminate store level employees
