Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, train, assign, direct, appraise, reward and discipline employees
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Execute corporate and local marketing programs to boost sales
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, health, safety, and company security policies compliance
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control operations through cash security procedures, financial reports, and scheduling
  • Manage food and labor costs through recipes, portion control, inventory, and scheduling tools
  • Perform other assigned duties
