Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to motivate and inspire teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Set clear expectations and maintain open lines of communication with team members
  • Recognize and reward team members to foster motivation and performance
  • Develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring systems and processes are followed
  • Manage staffing to balance schedules with at least one weekend off per month
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
