Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Set clear expectations and maintain open lines of communication with team members
- Recognize and reward team members to foster motivation and performance
- Develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring systems and processes are followed
- Manage staffing to balance schedules with at least one weekend off per month
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
