Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have relevant restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification required
- must complete Restaurant Manager training
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to lift 10 to 65 pounds
- ability to stand and walk 85-95 percent of shift
- excellent communication skills in English
- proficiency in computer use and software
- ability to perform basic math operations
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promote
- minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic math concepts
- analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- proficient in personal computers and software
- valid driver's license and insurance

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels
- implement training on workstations
- identify and develop candidates for management and team leader positions

- manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in performance
