Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in restaurant industry
  • Current food handlers certification
  • Alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Ensure effective daily restaurant operations
  • Manage team member training and development
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Drive guest satisfaction and quality service
  • Oversee inventory and supply management
