- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 plus years restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year Cracker Barrel experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
- excellent leadership skills
- strong communication abilities
- ability to manage operations and guest experiences
