Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 plus years restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year Cracker Barrel experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • excellent leadership skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • ability to manage operations and guest experiences
