Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- willingness to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- capability to reach, bend, stoop, use hands for manual tasks
- verbal communication skills
- close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- willingness to adhere to safety, sanitation, and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise employees according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category duties as needed
- assist with building store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness
- control cash operations, review financial reports and schedules
- control food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling
- perform all other duties as assigned
