Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Ability to solve problems and work under stress
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Ability to perform all job duties in the restaurant
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Periodic travel including overnight and airline travel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Food Safety Manager certification
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hour weeks including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Licensed to operate an automobile without hours restrictions
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant shifts and a team of 15-20 crew members
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Oversee restaurant sanitation and food safety compliance
  • Assist General Manager in financial management and budget adherence
  • Support employee recruitment, development, and retention
  • Monitor and enforce safety, security, and asset protection policies
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly
