Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- prior restaurant management experience
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- flexibility to work extended shifts and varied schedules
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- excellent communication and team-building abilities
- experience with inventory and labor management
Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- coach and develop restaurant team members
- manage inventory and supply chain needs
- ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- lead by example to inspire and motivate the team
