Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • prior restaurant management experience
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • flexibility to work extended shifts and varied schedules
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • experience with inventory and labor management

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supply chain needs
  • ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle staffing, scheduling, and labor management
  • lead by example to inspire and motivate the team
