Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
 - minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or retail management experience
 - ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
 - ability to stand and walk for 9 to 10 hours per day
 - ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
 - must tolerate noise from music, customers, and team member traffic
 - must tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
 - must have reliable transportation
 - excellent English communication skills
 
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience preferably in full service or casual dining
 - excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, e-mail and in-person
 - ability to lead and develop long-term relationships
 - high-energy, fun-loving personality and leadership skills
 - ability to represent the company positively in the local trade area
 - strong guest service orientation
 
Job Duties
- monitoring restaurant operations to ensure quality of food and guest service
 - ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
 - communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address needs
 - lead and coach team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
 - interview and hire exceptional talent for job openings
 - serve as a role model and hold team members accountable
 - foster open communication between team members and management
