Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or retail management experience
  • ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • ability to stand and walk for 9 to 10 hours per day
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
  • must tolerate noise from music, customers, and team member traffic
  • must tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
  • must have reliable transportation
  • excellent English communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience preferably in full service or casual dining
  • excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, e-mail and in-person
  • ability to lead and develop long-term relationships
  • high-energy, fun-loving personality and leadership skills
  • ability to represent the company positively in the local trade area
  • strong guest service orientation

Job Duties

  • monitoring restaurant operations to ensure quality of food and guest service
  • ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
  • communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel to address needs
  • lead and coach team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
  • interview and hire exceptional talent for job openings
  • serve as a role model and hold team members accountable
  • foster open communication between team members and management
