Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of two years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control

  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house service
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and cost control processes
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support achievement of sales and financial goals through effective operational management
  • Collaborate with management team and home office to implement company initiatives
