Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by overseeing P&L and driving financial results
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong restaurant team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance and capabilities
  • Manage restaurant labor and scheduling to optimize staffing
  • Enforce compliance with employment laws, government regulations, and company policies
