Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Demonstrated dedication to hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and develop restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Manage daily business results including sales, labor, and inventory
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive and caring work environment
  • Coordinate with home office support for continuous improvement
