Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and develop restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest and employee experiences
- Manage daily business results including sales, labor, and inventory
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Foster a positive and caring work environment
- Coordinate with home office support for continuous improvement
