Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Ability to provide supervisory practices
- Completion of recommended corporate training programs including crew positional training, management training, and food safety
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with fast-food operations and customer service standards
- Ability to complete corporate training programs such as Wendy's Management Institute and food safety training
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Interview, recommend, select, and train shift supervisors and crew members
- Create and maintain an environment of effective communication and team engagement
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
- Complete recommended corporate training programs
