Job Qualifications

- minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members

- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards

- control food costs with portion control and inventory management
- monitor labor costs with scheduling tools
