Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- must complete all required raising cane's company training programs
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- proficient in technology systems including microsoft office
- knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- able to recognize problems and execute plans into action
- self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong communication skills
- detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties
- ensure operations meet raising cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce raising cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting raising cane's operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- direct crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, such as discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
- complete other duties as assigned
