Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Experience in managing restaurant operations
- Ability to perform basic math concepts
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Willingness to work under an independent franchisee’s employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Proficient with personal computers and software applications
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure adherence to training systems
- Manage daily activities to achieve restaurant operational excellence
- Handle guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
- Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
