Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Experience in managing restaurant operations
  • Ability to perform basic math concepts
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • Willingness to work under an independent franchisee’s employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Proficient with personal computers and software applications

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure adherence to training systems
  • Manage daily activities to achieve restaurant operational excellence
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
  • Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
