Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
Experience in managing restaurant operations
Ability to perform basic math concepts
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
Willingness to work under an independent franchisee’s employment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
ServSafe certification required
Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Proficient with personal computers and software applications

Job Duties

Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
Monitor staffing levels and ensure adherence to training systems
Manage daily activities to achieve restaurant operational excellence
Handle guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
