- Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

- Provide coaching and development to the team

- Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team management
- Oversee hiring and training of staff
- Maintain excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Promote teamwork among staff
- Complete administrative tasks as required
