  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Ability to create a fun environment for guests and staff
  • Self-motivated and highly-energetic
  • Great organization and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Motivate and lead restaurant teams to exceed guest expectations
  • Drive sales and control food, labor, and bar costs
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members committed to the company’s concept and culture
  • Maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Foster a fun and positive environment for staff and guests
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center to ensure operational consistency
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and resolve any guest issues promptly
