Job Duties
- Motivate and lead restaurant teams to exceed guest expectations
- Drive sales and control food, labor, and bar costs
- Recruit, hire, and train team members committed to the company’s concept and culture
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Foster a fun and positive environment for staff and guests
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center to ensure operational consistency
- Manage daily restaurant operations and resolve any guest issues promptly
