Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- ability to operate a computer keyboard
- must use personal vehicle for bank deposits and business travel as required
- compliance with labor laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager (internal promotion)
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility (external recruit)
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- proficiency with personal computer and related software
- ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- strong ethics and integrity
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and training compliance
- creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- manages daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- addresses guest complaints and ensures positive resolutions
- maintains restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- analyzes restaurant operational and financial performance weekly
- implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
- monitors costs and adheres to budget goals
- ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
