Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance

- Address complaints and resolve problems

- Create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Assist with category job duties as needed
- Build store sales by executing marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure OSHA and health code compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash and security procedures
- Manage food costs via recipes and inventory
- Monitor labor costs and scheduling
- Perform other assigned duties
