Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- strong understanding of P&L management
- ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- demonstrated leadership skills
- understanding of guest service principles
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by monitoring and improving P&L performance
- drive sales through excellent guest service, team development, and operations management
- motivate team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
- manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
- analyze guest feedback to identify problems and develop action plans
- lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- manage labor scheduling for managers and team members
- enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
- ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
- perform Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed
