Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of P&L management
  • ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by monitoring and improving P&L performance
  • drive sales through excellent guest service, team development, and operations management
  • motivate team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
  • manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
  • analyze guest feedback to identify problems and develop action plans
  • lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • manage labor scheduling for managers and team members
  • enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • ensure adherence to operational and brand standards
  • perform Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed
